We've used KLG multiple times and we will continue to use them indefinitely. The owner has installed a humidifier into our HVAC, replaced our hot water heater, fixed a clog in our upstairs condensation line and most recently repaired a cut electric line to our outdoor compressor. They are more than fair and have shown up on short notice on several occasions. Honestly, I couldn't imagine using anyone else. I would very highly recommend them.

I have used KLG on a number of repairs in my older row home in Baltimore City. Most recently, KLG came out on short notice during the polar vortex this winter to fix my furnace. They were a life saver during weather that made my home uninhabitable. The technician was knowledgable, polite, and focused on making my repair a priority. We recently hired KLG services to place an entirely new AC/Heating system in our home. After receiving quotes from several businesses, KLG had the most reasonable rate!
Our previous heating system was as old as the home (over 30 years) and it made the task or removing it and placing a new AC/Heating system in the home that much more of a challenge! KLG was on the job and completed everything in a timely and professional manner.
